  1. Right — been using this thing for maybe six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me last week. Am UK based, generally do football and horses, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I’m coming from.

The reason I started using it was honestly pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an e/w payout actually came to when the place terms changed. I’d just eyeball it and get a shock. These days I punch the numbers in before every slip, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator tool is the part I open most — you drop in stake and odds and you get the return with no faffing, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, and that’s where I always mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at dutch betting and it’s free with no account nonsense.

What genuinely shifted things for me is the geekier extras. The implied probability converter which shows you what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly calculator — I use half kelly because full kelly is far too aggressive. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit when I’m spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. Its layout is a bit basic — zero polish, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it’s fine though the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. And no proper app, it’s browser only — slight shame but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. If you even now adds it up in their head, have a look — saves me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
